Before payment approval
A card-transfer or USDT order is not treated as paid until administrator verification. If the proof is rejected, the customer may submit corrected evidence from the private order page.
Before file delivery
If payment is approved but the file has not yet been prepared or delivered, a cancellation request will be reviewed. Completed custom work or non-recoverable costs may be deducted.
After file delivery
Once download access or the master file has been delivered, a refund for change of mind is normally unavailable. If the delivered file is incorrect, incomplete, or technically unusable, a corrected replacement is provided first.
Custom-prepared orders
For files edited or prepared specifically for a customer, completed work may be non-refundable.
USDT refunds
For a USDT refund, the network, network fee, refundable amount, and destination wallet must be confirmed in writing. Decoax is not responsible for an incorrect address or network supplied by the customer.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.
