Nature of products
Products are digital files. Interior mockups and frames are presentation images and are not part of the delivered product.
Orders and pricing
A displayed price or submitted message does not alone create a final contract. Price, licence, delivery file, and payment method must be confirmed before payment.
Ownership and licence
Purchasing a file does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. The customer receives only the rights stated in the confirmed licence.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for print size, print provider, material selection, and compliance with licence restrictions. Print guidance is informational.
Errors and availability
If an obvious pricing, specification, or availability error occurs, Decoax may correct or cancel the order before delivery and refund any amount received.
