Nature of products
Products are digital files. Frames and interior mockups are presentation images and are not part of the delivered product.
Customer account
To protect digital downloads, each order must be connected to a customer account. Users are responsible for securing their login details and not sharing account access.
English storefront and USDT
English orders are priced in USDT. The customer must use the selected supported network, exact amount, and destination wallet recorded in the order. A screenshot or transaction hash alone does not constitute approval; payment is accepted only after administrator verification.
Persian storefront
Persian orders are priced in Toman and use the payment methods presented in that storefront. Persian mobile OTP is not used for English accounts.
Ownership and licence
Purchasing a file does not transfer intellectual-property ownership, resale rights, or exclusivity. The customer receives only the rights stated in the applicable licence.
Delivery and completion
After payment approval, the order remains Processing while the master file is checked and prepared. Download access is granted only after manual order completion.
Errors and availability
If there is an obvious error in price, specifications, wallet information, availability, or the delivery file, Decoax may correct, suspend, or cancel the order before delivery and arrange any applicable refund through the relevant payment route.
