Before file delivery
If the file has not yet been prepared or delivered, a cancellation request will be reviewed. A refund may be available where no custom work or non-recoverable cost has been incurred.
After file delivery
Once the master file or download link has been delivered, a refund for change of mind is normally unavailable. If the delivered file is incorrect, incomplete, or technically unusable, a corrected replacement is provided first.
Custom-prepared orders
For files edited or prepared specifically for a customer, completed work may be non-refundable.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.
